We deliver across Bangladesh with Cash on Delivery. Check your product when it arrives, and we will help if something is wrong.
Inside Dhaka, most orders arrive within 48 hours after confirmation. Outside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days through our delivery partners.
You will see the exact charge and timeline on the product page and again at checkout when you choose your area.
Shipping is calculated once per order. If your cart has more than one item, we use the highest shipping charge from those products for your selected area.
Available checkout methods. If you pay by mobile banking, keep the Trx ID so we can confirm the payment.
Kindly confirm your order only when you are sure. Check the product in front of the delivery person. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If something is wrong, take a clear photo and contact us on WhatsApp or email on the same day with your order number.
For a delay, address change, or a damaged parcel, use Order Tracking first, then message us with the order number.
